I have got a deep concern to help poor communities move out of poverty and become self sustaining. I believe this can be achieved through building sustainable businesses for the smallholder farmers across different agriculture value chains, promoting access to finance, markets and enabling women and youth participation in economic development activities.For the past 10 years, I have worked under various development programmes in Zimbabwe focusing on Farming as a Family Business, Smallholder farmer training, mentoring and coaching, Inclusive Business Development, Microfinance for women and youth, Savings Groups, Market Systems Development, Establishment of Agribusiness Hubs, Impact Investments, Green Business Development, Monitoring& Evaluation and Research.
