CurrentLeasing: Point of contact for leasing at all New York properties, which consists of approx. 300,000sf of office and retail space; Negotiate and analyze leases for new and existing tenants; responsible for advertising vacancies on digital platforms; work with the marketing team to create flyers, renderings, and email-blasts as part of outreach and sourcing strategy; tour tenants as necessary.Asset Management: work directly with on-site staff on operational processes and tenant relationships. Coordinate with property managers on a/p, a/r, budgets, and capital projects; maintain books and records and assist with lender reporting, refinancing, and dispositions of assets. Acquisitions: Work with senior management in underwriting and reviewing new investment opportunities; responsible for initial review and tours of opportunities presented to the firm.
