As Franchise Business Manager, ensure proper operations and compliance to brand standards in over 40 franchise stores including traditional area development accounts and non-traditional markets (i.e. Airports; Universities; Military Bases; Movie Studios). Serve as Total Quality Experience auditor. Spearhead expansion into new markets concerning approval of store design, point person for new store openings, and training of staff. Help coordinate ongoing training, assistance in procuring new management staff, and ensuring operations standards are upheld and representing of company owned stores. Serve as consultant, liaison, and first point of contact between franchisee and company for all matters. During tenure company has opened more than 20 new franchise stores and has expanded from five to ten states domestically.

Successfully trained and developed four General Managers. Coached and mentored fellow managers within district to increase profitability and overall operations of their stores. Oversaw and ran three company stores simultaneously due to needs of the company. Spearheaded Drive-Thru project per Vice President of Operations directive which delivered positive sales growth within months of implementing project results. Drive Thru store locations continue to remain profitable and show improved year over year sales due to implementation of these changes.

Increased net income of store from $546K to $754K AUV. Developed two shift supervisors to become General Managers of their own stores.

Excelled as Senior Manager in the departments of merchandising, front end operations, and shipping & receiving. Charged as third in command of overall operations of the store. Managed and supervised staff comprising of 20 department managers, 30 shift supervisors, and over 100 hourly employees.
