As noted by my eagerness to provide a valuable service to customers, I worked with the IRIS team to develop content aimed at delivering above and beyond customer expectations when it comes to their vehicle servicing. My role within the project team was to create content that would be housed within each Franchisee’s phone, ensuring anyone and everyone within the Bridgestone network could use this asset. This objective of the app development was to provide any customer with peace of mind and transparency around the maintenance and service that has been carried out on their vehicle. This was developed as an outcome of listening to conversations around our industry and noting the high levels of distrust that can exist between customers and their mechanics.The objective, which was met on completion was to build additional sales opportunities from a position of genuine trust & value-adding services to the customer.My roles included: Content development (video, audio, advertising, social), relationship development, production development & tool development.You can see the outcome of this app’s development in the below project videos.
