• Create and run daily reports and dashboards for senior management and key customers highlighting key performance KPIs such as revenue, OTIF, average revenue per day and cost per shift. These reports are created via Powerbi and Excel and presented back to the relevant team members in the form of a PowerPoint presentation.• Amended previous reporting methods and developed from the ground up new streamlined approach to data and data analysis. Allowing reports and dashboards to be concise yet simple to follow and understand. • Using forecast vs actual data to monitor key customers performance. By providing the customer with an in-depth and self-refreshing dashboard they are view their KPI’s and business objectives without direct contact. As a result, during 2022 (Q1/Q2) have managed to consistently exceed our monthly forecasted tonnage and on average achieve 20% above the forecasted tonnage carried, which is a major KPI in the transport and logistics industry. • Identify areas of improvement in relation to business operations and rely that back to relevant management staff. This information is then relayed back to customers allowing the customers to better understand their own data and how it is affecting their business. • Keeping track and updating Profit and Loss sheets for the business division and providing management with a much clearer idea of what is happening, why it is happening as well as identifying any trends that may be occurring week on week.• Provide simple and clear pivot tables and for operators to be able to identify jobs without revenue assigned and subcontractor costs, enabling for more accurate and reliable data to be used in analysis. • Building and maintaining complex rate card for clients using multi-criteria VLOOKUP’s.

• Chatbot Project – Working with the Operations Analyst, performing diagnostic analytics on the Intercom chatbot to increase the number queries automatically resolved without human interaction to 30%. Successfully managed to exceed the target set and achieve 31% of all chatbot queries being answered automatically without the need for human interference. • Channel Shift Project – Working with the Operations Analyst, to identify what is causing bottlenecks for staff working on tickets (emails) and suggest how these can be reduced as well as increasing SLA times for clients. After critically analysing the case I developed suggestions on how the platform could be further optimised that would reduce the number of time consuming queries coming in, this in turn reduces the amount of bottlenecks experienced by staff as well as improving SLA times for clients, increasing overall operational efficiency. • Developed rapport with stakeholders including senior members of staff from clients such as Redbull, MAG and Manchester United FC

• Experience working under consistent time constraints, airlines such as EasyJet have quick turn-around times usually 30-45 minutes, must ensure all passengers and luggage are checked in and onboard the aircraft in that time• Ability to adapt to and work with multiple Airline check in systems – (LDCS and EasyJet’s own in-house system)
