I led the evaluation, selection & implementation of Fairwarning HIPAA Auditing Solution in addition to getting the vendor Meaningful Use Certified with Cerner. Through the Cardiology Enterprise Information Collaboration project, I was able to eliminate 100% of dictation costs by Cardiologists, standardized reporting across departments and allowed image viewing from anywhere in the world. This saved Cardiologists from having to travel at night to the hospital to consult on imaging questions.
