Management Reporting Analyst
Current• Prepare, compile, and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports, as needed, MedStar enterprise-wide; write code (script) to automate these, as needed.• Utilize business intelligence tools to design, produce, and analyze management reports for client departments, physicians, and administrative entities; contribute to the achievement of established department and facility goals and objectives while adhering to department policies, procedures, quality and safety standards, as well as complying with governmental and accreditation regulations.• Responsible for being the single point of contact for all computer hardware and networking issues for the 200+ FTE’s that comprise MPBS.• Generate non-capital IT-related purchase quotes and manage the acquisition process.• Develop models and analytics used to measure MedStar performance and status; develop custom programming to accommodate unique departmental and administrative requests using both proprietary and commercial software.• Act as interface between technology team, support teams, and business units.• Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, and other tools.• Troubleshoot and correct impaired equipment and software reported by MPBS associates.• Create SharePoint components including sites, lists, views, webpages, dashboards, and workflows on as-needed basis.• Maintain and manage the contents of the MPBS intranet/SharePoint site; participate in SharePoint upgrades, planning, and testing.• Manage user/group accounts and access privileges for MPBS SharePoint; manage user/group accounts in Precision Business Intelligence (BI) for all MedStar entities and grant access to reports, dashboards, and reporting modules.• Define and develop data management standards and processes to effectively manage data through the reporting lifecycle.
