Duties include: Creating & executing protocols, creating reports & other documents throughout an item's life cycle, from User Requirement Specification [URS] to Performance Qualifications [PQ's] & routine re-qualifications. I executed IQ's, OQ's, PQ's & re-qualifications on the follow equipment: Incubators, Cold Stores, Fridges, Freezers, Shakers & Ultrasonic baths. I gained experience using the following pieces of test equipment whilst executing the validation of units, KAYE Valprobe, KAYE Validator 2000, IRTD's & ultrasonic sensors. When doing these tasks I worked to cGMP & GLP requirements as set by the MHRA in the Orange Guide & the FDA in 21CFR parts 210 & 211, also by locally controlled standard operating procedures [SOP's

Inspection, Testing & Fault-Finding of PCB’s, PCB assembly, (surface mount and through hole), Programming PIC’s using MicrochipTM Software, Light Mechanical Assembly. During my time here I spent a lot of my time testing & fault-finding down to discrete 0603 sized components on a range of PCB’s, from small battery-operated systems to large single-phase & 3-phase power supply units.

Duties included: Inspection, Testing & Fault-Finding of PCB's, PCB assembly, (surface mount and through hole), Programming PIC's using MicrochipTM Software, Light Mechanical Assembly. During my time here I spent a lot of my time testing & fault-finding down to discrete 0603 sized components on a range of PCB's, from small battery-operated systems to large single-phase & 3-phase power supply units. I also worked on PCB's that required as little interference as possible, [e.g. 50Hz mains noise], these boards where for a top-spec audio system.
