As Business Process Expert Trade Compliance (Supply Chain) I am responsible for the transformation of processes, organizational and IT solutions. The focus will be on Trade Compliance processes for Preferential Trade Agreement Benefits for the overall HealthTech Supply Chain and Operations Domains.Some functions are:• Collaborating in Philips business transformations requests by providing subject matter expertise in diagnosis of processes to perform process-tool gap analyses, drive for the selected best practice solutions and ensure compliance with standardized processes;• Continuously improving and publishing processes to drive for repeatable processes built on best practices and executed with rigor and discipline;• Collaborating with Data Management to drive data process design, data management and reporting solutions and operating procedures;• Ensuring the IT capability maturity to support the trade master data and integrated supply chain processes by defining process requirements and prioritizing requirements as Agile backlog for a dedicated IT team; Manage this team to design and build the solution, execute user acceptance tests and deploy to the business organization successfully;• Ensuring IT users are trained before starting work by providing process and tool training by means of work instructions (embedded in PEPF), automated recordings and training curricula as well as face to face or online training support for project deployments;• Continuously monitor process performance to drive productivity and identify opportunities for improvement using LEAN as a method.

They provide credible useful information to allow multiple cross-functional teams impacted by Past Due Purchase Orders.• Purchase Orders Maintenance by Identify problems have gone beyond the requested ship date and determine appropriate action.• Contact suppliers to determine cause of delays, update information by revising data for other’s users and keep record of all communications within the Purchase Orders.• Update discontinued and pricing database spreadsheets with newly identified Parts number and make communication to cross-functional teams.• Work with Distribution Center and Accounts Payable teams to quickly resolve inbound receipt issues and provide actionable information to drive long-term solutions.• Maintain assigned team info of throughput of workload and performance of each Supplier or Distribution Center by Expeditor.• Review and approve requisition numbers which do not meet specified criteria• Work with Customer Service to provide value in Large Order processing to avoid availability issues and save handling and shipping cost by shipping direct, when possible, to Customer.
