The results we saw in individuals are one of the greatest achievements I’ve had to date. I managed and maintained sucessful business relationships with training providers to ensure the high level of training required is achieved. I wrote and planned individual development plans for all 180 contracting staff, covering technical, business and management training requirements for the next three years. These were for all staff from trainees to management roles.
