*Shoot, edit and produce videos and photos to brief, ensuring the highest level of quality, creativity and accuracy. Ensure formats and sizes are fit for purpose, support our brand standards and meet the legislative and policy requirements in terms of captioning/transcribing, privacy and consent, and accessibility.* Work closely with internal and external communications teams to develop content for all channels. The content will support the administration of communications channels including online publications, print publications, social media and similar.* Develop and maintain an image library in close cooperation with the Creative Services team.* Provide timely and accurate creative advice and information to internal customers.* Assist the broader communications team by managing briefs from the business for content creation.* Account managing the end to end process with outsourced suppliers. This can be in the form of photography, videography or audio.* Manage and maintain a record of requests and outsourcing.* Support and mentor junior photographers and videographers across the organisation.

• Work with the Maintenance Directorate executive team, Stakeholder Engagement Manager and subject-matter experts to prepare content and campaigns for internal and external audiences that is accurate, timely and strategically-aligned• Enhance stakeholder relations: government, community and internalPrepare notices of work and other community relations material consistent with our Environment Protection Licence and other obligations• Champion Sydney Trains and Transport for NSW brand and communications standards within Maintenance Directorate• Prepare engaging, strategically-aligned content for internal channels – including team briefs, newsletters, presentations, the intranet and employee forums – that promotes, reinforces and celebrates target practices, behaviours and values to build a safe, customer-focused and commercial culture within Maintenance Directorate• Enhance government relations by responding to Ministerial enquiries and providing sound and strategic advice on contentious issues• Produce high-level professional documents for Maintenance Directorate executive team and government including: briefing notes, parliamentary notes, media holding lines and correspondence• Coordinate times, venues, transport, presenters and support materials for events and site visits as required to support communications strategies and business needs for Maintenance Directorate events.• Provide support to the Maintenance Stakeholder Engagement manager as required• Consistently innovate, deliver efficiency and set a platform for increased commerciality• Enhance the organisation’s communications ability through new communications tools, channels and methods.

• Execute the communication activities outlined in the Sydney Water LCS communication plan. This includes drafting material and obtaining relevant sign-off, planning and executing communication events and working with LCS Integration project team to identify additional activities as required. • Develop material to submit to LCS executive team providing a forward projection of planned communication activities, draft material and expected outcomes. • Work with corporate communications to ensure corporate communication mechanisms are used appropriately and as planned.
