Provided oversight to Public Works staff in production of of Cast-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining construction documents (23rd/24th, Alta Vista, Brundage/Union), and construction support. Managed a design consultant on the production of the Downtown Master Sewer Study (January 2021).Pavement Improvement Projects – Managed both Public Works staff and design consultants on numerous pavement rehabilitation, road widening, and street improvement projects.Traffic Signal and Lighting Installation and Interconnect Projects – Managed both Public Works staff and design consultants on several traffic signal installation, traffic signal interconnect, and lighting installation projects.Involved in the development of CIP budgets, including Engineer’s Estimates, project justification, and identification of funding sources.In addition to the specific responsibilities listed above, responsibilities for each project include: production of construction documents; utility coordination; management of bid process; preparation of staff reports for Council review and action; consultant contract administration; and construction support.
