Participant in the 40 member Leadership New York (LNY) program, cohort #40 (LNY40). The LNY program is a competitively-selected, rigorous 175+ hour experiential leadership development program for professionals to develop the personal skills, civic knowledge and a multi-sector network to effectively lead change. Coro is NYC’s premier civic leadership training organization and a community of more than 3,400 alumni with a mission to develop NYC leaders so that all individuals, communities, and institutions participate in creating an equitable, inclusive, and innovative society.

Provided training presentations and program development expertise to various non-profit clients. Areas of consulting included: community needs assessment and SWOT analysis, coaching project management, evaluation design, partner engagement, and national service member management.

As a member of the external affairs team, built the framework for a national campaign to engage volunteers as tutors, mentors and college access coaches for public school students in metropolitan areas as well as portions of the organization's first Fellowship program .• Designed, developed and implemented the outreach and recruitment process for Repair's inaugural national Fellowship program• Supervised a staff of 3 in day-to-day program implementation• Built and sustained relationships with over 25 education and volunteer organizations such as Teach for America and Points of Light Foundation • Authored and managed the implementation of a federal grant from the Corporation for National and Community Services
