Using my knowledge and contacts in the nightlife industry I assisted the Dutch Brand establish itself in the UK.This drink was known throughout Europe, a market leader in Holland, yet had never been introduced to the UK Market. My business partner and I opened up a Limited Company in the UK, established a strong relationship with the drinks company in Holland, negotiated contract terms & conditions to incorporate investment from the Dutch Company yet still providing incentives for Inebriare Ltd. I focused on a detailed business plan and business proposal, strategic management, customer accounts management, market research, logistics, budgeting, opening up new distributors for our products and adapting to market trends and needs. Unfortunately due to the Law governing alcoholic drinks in the UK the product was forced to have its logo changed. From this Inebriare concluded that the brand that everyone loved and enjoyed was now unrecognisable and thus decided to focus elsewhere.
