As the Employee Experience Regional Market Unit Offering Lead, I am responsible for the overall performance and growth of the Employee Experience offerings across the Midwest region ($10-$15M annually). I create and execute the business strategy, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure quality and delivery against financial performance metrics to deliver full-spectrum solutions and value for clients while growing Avanade's Employee Experience business.Day-to-day activities include:• Supporting business development through all stages of deal pursuit• Supporting investment decisions to help grow the offering and practice • Supporting personnel activities, including hiring, staffing, skills forecasting and career development• Partnering with regional executive(s) to determine priorities for staff positioning on client projects, business development activities and internal investments initiatives • Managing business and partner alliances and developing shared go-to-market offerings

Aaron serves as Collaboration Service Line Group Manager in the Heartlands Territory (Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Tennessee). He is responsible for the architecture and delivery of a $4M-$6M portfolio yearly. The Collaboration group is the market leader in connecting people, improving content and optimizing processes on the Microsoft platform. Since joining Avanade in 2007, Aaron has earned rapid promotions due to consistent successful delivery of complex programs with firm schedules and fixed budget constraints.While at Avanade, Aaron has architected, designed, and delivered international portal and collaboration solutions using Avanade’s Global Delivery Network. He has managed teams of up to 20 architects, developers, and testers and worked on-site with stakeholders around the globe, including those in Spain, Germany, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
