As Senior Telecommunications Specialist: responsible for the installation, implementation and training of UHF/VHF/ HF communications equipment to the Afghanistan National police. Installed VHF Motorola and ICOM as well as HF CODAN radio base station, mobile, MRX and portable systems. As Technical Lead, developed and performed quality and control procedures. Created SOP/guidelines for installation and quality control of VHF/ HF telecommunications systems.
