Current- Provided comprehensive support, offering expert guidance on Persian language acquisition, cultural assimilation, and logistical complexities for the participants of the US Department of State-funded Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) grant and the Eurasian Regional Language Program- Oversaw program budgeting and financial management of grants for the 34 participants, selected from graduate and undergraduate institutions across the US- Supervised and managed a team of 3 local Tajik staff members to ensure the effective implementation of program activities, along with managing 5 local teachers to ensure an effective curriculum- Acted as a pivotal liaison between the American Councils, the US Department of State, local Tajik national staff, and students to ensure smooth and successful programs- Orchestrated prompt and effective responses to participant emergencies, including proficient medical care, interactions with state security forces, and conflict resolutions
