I have 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. I got hired as an apprentice bartender at the New York, New York Casino and a year later got promoted as a bartender.I have gained knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits and food service. I kept track and was in charge of ordering supplies at the pool bar. I have been working on the extra board as a bartender for about 14 years, working all venues from service bars, high volume lounges, pool to Irish pub, where there is food service giving me a well rounded experience.I am service oriented, hardworking, energetic and friendly.
