In this role I was managing the shop and was responsible of all the operations in the shop on a given day. This role included delegating, training new employees, banking large amounts of notes correctly and resolving customer disputes.

Here I took on a range of responsibilities as I learned how to be an assistant manager. This included opening and closing the shop, being in control of keys and codes and an increased amount of cash handling.

In this role I developed my skills in both customer service and data entry while using the software ‘betting till’ in a high pressure fast pace environment.

Dealing with customers orders and queries. Leading the hire pressure kitchen environment, communicating with chefs and colleagues to ensure all orders were delivered correctly and in a timely mannerEnsuring work environment was always clean and presentable and stocked throughout the day.Resolving Customer complaints in a polite and cooperative matter.Training and supervising new staff into my position.
