As a Lead Manufacturing Associate, I refine and develop manufacturing processes, with emphasis in additive manufacturing, thermal barrier coating testing, Heat Treats, Laser welding, Laser Cladding, fixturing, TIG welding, composite restorations, vacuum furnace operation, Burner Rig testing, Hot Isostatic press operator, cyclic furnace testing, additive manufacturing powder analysis and re-certification, provide data and support to engineering, brain storm new testing methods to accommodate new engineering requirements, and pursue new manufacturing methodologies. I have accreditation through East Valley Institute of Technology. My current background in aerospace, manufacturing , welding, sales, and leadership roles have influenced my career for 20 years.
