My role has allowed me to develop and become responsible for new starters and leavers, purchase acquisition, vendor and asset management, ServiceNow knowledge and maintenance and SharePoint, seeing these processes end to end. I’m also experienced in change, high priority and incident management assisting in implementing these procedure’s within ServiceNow and enforcing them. I work supporting the technical function within the third line team ensuring issues are dealt with within SLA, ensuring continuous availability of services across the estate, implementing upgrades and new requirements as needed.I am a problem solver and creative thinker having had to develop multiple skills to adapt to the situation and problem to ensure a positive outcome. I enjoy the challenges of getting the job done and working with customers promoting a good service. Over the course of my roles within Severn Trent I have managed the relationships with our vendors for purchasing new equipment and software, ensuring we get the best value for our products and services. I am a cloud administrator able to manage several services such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Avaya Cloud. I monitor various services such as Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) to ensure colleagues are not vulnerable to cyber-attacks. I administer users to ensure colleagues have the features they are authorized to use and remove colleagues who are leaving to ensure we maintain our licenses. I also ensure the Multifactor Authentication (MFA) licenses are applied to ensure our cloud and on-premise domains are secure. Show less

Working within the Severn Trent Water Technology team to support the Severn Trent Services Colleagues, I was responsible for the day to day support for their technology needs. Within the role I was allowed the freedom to develop; which allowed me to adapt our service offering to the business for the better. Working with senior members of the team and other groups I was able to build a knowledge database within our knowledge tool, which I continued to learn and develop to shape the tool to meet our requirements. I managed several successful projects including laptop and desktop roll outs, Office 365 deployments and Intune mobile device management.Using my experience from previous roles I was able to bridge the gaps in processes to ensure that they were suitable within the team and business. This allowed me to create and support the high priority and incident management procedures. To support the technology function, I created monthly reports drawing in data from the Service Desk telephony system Avaya and both ServiceNow to reflect the work carried out. These reports were able to demonstrate our Service and trend our performance across customer experience, high priority performance and a break down by business unit of cases. Show less

I earned the role of Senior team member leading by example and setting a strong standard of work.
