About Aaron Morgan
Effective and Proven Leader: I have been a servant-leader for close to 20 years. I have a great passion for people, their well-being, and leading them to success. I seek to know the people that surrounds me. Over these many years, I have led hundreds and hundreds of people into the most joyous seasons of their life and walked with them in the darkest of valleys. I have seen and experienced a wide array of life circumstances to last a lifetime. This has prepared me to be an effective leader. Walking alongside: One of my greatest joys is counseling people through difficult times, personal struggles, and significant decisions. I greatly desire to discern who they are, what they need to overcome, and guide them how to get where they need to go. Team Leading: It is exhilarating to guide a team that is filled with different personalities, ideas, and complex decisions. I love building camaraderie and leaving a room with a purpose and vision that all can get excited about. This is not easy and it takes a patient and discerning leader to accrue a unified goal. Having much experience in this area, I look forward to more opportunities of seeing goals and dreams realized. Vision speaking: I have delivered 500+ speeches in large and small gatherings. I seek to take complex ideas and concepts and communicate them on a level that is not only understandable, but is motivational. Understandable information does not automatically move people to action, they have to believe that they must move forward for a dream to be realized. Decision maker: for almost 20 years, I have had to make many difficult and significant decisions. As a confident decision maker, I seek to listen well to those around me, pursue understanding and learn as much as possible about the issue, spend time contemplating the impact of the decision, and then confidently move forward. I have learned that the weight of any decision becomes lighter when these methods are practiced. Adaptability: One must be able to adapt to situations as they come. There is no such thing as an average day when you are involved in people's lives. Having seen tragedy, severe illness, family breakdowns, and the rigors of life, these experiences have well-equipped me to handle the unpredictability of life.
