I provide help and direction to our PLC contractors with tax queries, VAT returns, payroll and annual accounts preparation on a day to day basis.I also deal with foreign limited companies who are setting up and registering in Ireland. I would be involved in processing their payroll, Revenue returns and keeping their companies tax compliant here in Ireland.

Duties:• Compiling data including sales invoices, purchases and receipts and entering & analyzing onto Excel spreadsheets & computerised databases.• Processing various tax documents, P45, P46, P60 etc.• Completion and submission of the payroll year ends.• Submitting on a weekly/monthly basis the required RTI to HMRC.• Processing monthly reports for clients for their PAYE payments.• Managing and training new employee’s and managing the office functions generally.• Submit VAT returns with data calculated on a quarterly basis.• Dealing with clients on the phone regularly and at meetings in office or site.• Handling and processing documents on various programmes Word, Excel, databases, etc.• Handling incoming/outgoing calls, both internally and externally.• Producing and analyzing year end accounts.• Bookkeeping functions on behalf of clients.• Using the analysed data to create a Trial balance and accounts.• Submitting Company House accounts• Dealing with company register information and submitting Annual Returns
