This includes the project management team, research management, the sales support team as well as vendor management, and subject matter expert consultation. Financial management and analysis of P&L data, to identify and implement profit improving initiatives. Developing detailed reporting mechanisms to ensure smooth operation of the business. I sat on the group leadership team and worked closely with Marketing, product and finance to refine existing products and define new market offerings.Achievement of 23% increase in Revenues, and a 68% increase in profitability YOY.

Possessing a high level of insight into client needs, Aaron seeks to uncover innovative ways to optimise the delivery process while maintaining quality and rigour in the system.
