Completed activities necessary to implement $650 million settlement agreement for benefit of EME bondholders and initiate wind down of the financial affairs of EME.

Aaron Moss joined Edison Mission Energy (“EME”), a subsidiary of Edison International, in 2004. Currently, Aaron is Vice President & Controller with responsibility for the accounting activities related to three public companies (EME, Midwest Generation, LLC and EME Homer City Generation, LP) and numerous other power generating and power trading subsidiaries. He has been in this role since October 2011.Prior to his promotion, he was managing director, Financial Planning and Analysis. In that position, he was responsible for analysis regarding operating assets and new investments. He also played a key role in the preparation of short- and long-term financial forecasts in support of long-term strategic decision making, rating agency discussions, financing activities, budgeting and communications with external investors. He brings this deep knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and analysis of the company and overall market conditions to his new role as vice president & controller.Prior to these roles, Aaron held a variety of diverse positions across EMG. He was managing director of Business Management and Continuous Improvement, where he directed asset management of Edison Mission Energy's wind and natural gas assets, as well as a number of cross-functional business improvement initiatives. He also served as controller at Edison Capital during his career and led Edison Mission Energy’s SAP implementation.Prior to joining Edison, Aaron worked as a senior manager with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Arthur Andersen, where he was responsible for service delivery in the Energy and Utilities practice.He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from San Diego State University.
