I am a scientist, biotech founder, and executive leader, with over a decade of experience in biomedical and biopharmaceutical innovation. I am the CEO and co-founder of Cellforma based in Cambridge, MA, building and leading a cross-functional team to develop our portfolio of first-of-its-kind cell replacement therapies as curative solutions for fatal lung diseases.I completed a Ph.D. in biochemistry, biophysics, and cell biology (awarded prize for outstanding Ph.D. thesis) at the University of Sydney Medical School, followed by postdoctoral training at Boston Children's Hospital Stem Cell Program and Harvard Medical School as a Damon Runyon and Burroughs Wellcome Fund Fellow studying the use of 3D lung organoids for cancer modeling and as a therapeutic modality.
