As the sole member of CSRR Mobile Training Team, was directly responsible for training crews on the operation of CSRR prior to going to sea. As the CSRR Team Trainer instructor was directly responsible for implementing MRTS into crew certification prior to any other navy command. Taught CSRR Maintenance, CSRR Operator, and CSRR Team Trainer. Certified Navy Master Training Specialist.
