Managed High-Altitude and Medium-Altitude imagery analysis programs. Led 6 managers overseeing 112 employees in support of U.S. Central Command operations in the Middle East. Seamlessly managed human resource programs such as appraisals, and personnel development, training, and recognition programs as well as work schedules.

Managed Operation Plans development, Exercise Planning, Deployment and Operations Security programs. Provided expertise to multi-national senior executives by injecting Air Force ISR capabilities thus insuring intelligence requirements met to combat North Korean threats. Directed division’s crisis plan development and exercising; integrated division’s capabilities with 31 outside organizations while developing and guiding scenarios for division to execute and train for use during potential crisis.

Managed seven member team developing aircraft employment tactics courseware and syllabi for 750 employees operating three different aircraft platforms. Directed human resource activities and budget requirements.

Managed 60 employees and programs for 175 employees performing ISR flying operations around the globe. Guided flying operations and human resource programs such as awards and appraisals. Directed flight scheduling, job performance evaluation and operations improvements using tools such as Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement.
