Led dedicated account with 3-person office staff and 56 union truck drivers. Responsible for all aspects of the operation, including safety, training, and recruiting. Ensured daily deliveries of cryogenic gases to customers throughout the Midwest, with trucks operating across all shifts. Communicated daily with dedicated customer to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement. Worked with centralized dispatchers to optimize driver and equipment usage. ● Introduced technology upgrades to streamline office procedures and decrease waste; reduced 500 hours annually from the billing and payroll processes.● Engaged in contract renewal negotiations for both the dedicated customer and the local union; successfully reached long term agreements.● Member of project team tasked to create company-wide new orientation program; launched November 2017.

Planned and coordinated logistics and commodity contracts to deploy 4,900-person unit with equipment 1,400 miles to the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, CA. Integrated all support staffs into the planning process to ensure a cohesive strategy. ● Developed early movement plan for 80 pieces of high priority equipment; enabled effective IT infrastructure to be established 2 days early across the operation, allowing smoother follow-on setup.● Coordinated transportation for 2 lead-up training events; enabled advanced preparation for 350 key personnel prior to the field exercise.● Forecasted 3rd Party vendor requirements to ensure life sustainment for personnel during field training event.

Led 198-person team executing logistical operations to support more than 200 other units across Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Managed all aspects of unit, including operations, HR, and training. Maintained and employed over $32 million worth of equipment. ● Completed 112 logistical support missions; ensured on-time transport of 2,000-personnel and 523 containers.● Established unit-wide key performance indicators; led to improved and more efficient maintenance, supply, and administrative operations; achieved 100% in 13 of 14 inspection areas during annual inspection program.

Led 47-person team executing logistical support for over 200 units. Maintained and employed $15 million of equipment. Resourced acquisition of new unit motor pool, maintenance facilities, communication capabilities, and weapons arms room.● Developed 5-day, 276-person field training exercise; prepared unit for overseas humanitarian mission.● Executed support mission at the Joint Readiness Training Center; effectively distributed $2 million of food to 7 locations, enabling full life support for 4,500-person Brigade preparing for upcoming combat deployment.

Led 6-person team executing logistical operations to support counter-improvised explosive device mission of 325-person battalion on 32 bases across Afghanistan. Managed battalion maintenance program. ● Coordinated logistics to transport 1,891 excess pieces of equipment off the battlefield in Afghanistan; reduced operational footprint by 47%, exceeding Army’s drawdown goal by 3 months.● Maintained a 94% readiness rate for 235 vehicles/robots throughout 10-month deployment; exceeded Army standard and ensured safety of bomb disposal technicians across eastern Afghanistan.

Led 45-person team executing operational support for 325-person battalion executing counter-improvised explosive device mission across northern and eastern Afghanistan. Maintained, employed, and accounted for over $7 million of equipment. ● Executed 9-month training schedule to prepare 45-person detachment for combat deployment to Afghanistan.● Planned and directed transport of 88 people and $40 million of equipment to return to US at end of tour.

Led 2-person team planning and executing worldwide transportation missions and logistics support for 325-person explosive ordnance disposal battalion. Managed safety program and earned the Army Safety Streamer.● Approved $650,000 of travel for troops at 3 bases; enabled timely execution of 300+ bomb disposals across US.● Planned moves of 264 soldiers/201,700 pounds of assets to and from the Middle East with 100% accountability.
