My background involves both mechanical skills, being a qualified diesel mechanic, as well as sales, marketing and management. I have spent many years in regional QLD developing different projects from the ground-up, including all machineries in the water, agriculture and waste industries. I was involved in sales of heavy machinery to the agriculture, waste and environmental industries including shredders, turning machines, screen, bio choppers mixers machines and last for 15 years in the health industries dealing with medical waste. I have spent 18 years as a CEO & Sales Manager of Alytech, a company that represents overseas organisations introducing new and unknown products into the country. In this roll I was responsible for developing the brand name, different distribution and after-sale service channels across Australia. In this role I developed the hunger and thrive for winning new business.
