Working as a Tech support Advisor and a specialist advisor for Sky to moving on into Team Leader, Senior Leader and Call Centre Manager.I have managed Teams and Departments in Sales, Retentions, Technical, Provisioning, Social Media and Accessibility. I consistently delivered on supporting, developing and managing teams to a consistent performance level. I consistently strive for ensuring staff, business and customers are getting the support and attention they require to be great.
