Senior Customer Support Analyst
- Guide clients through resolutions to software access and database errors. Document and escalate cases for further issue investigation and solution creation. Follow up with clients to insure issue solution corrected.
- Provide technical support to clients across multiple platforms and systems.
- Create and track support tickets for each issue with a high level of detail, log all contacts, properly categorize issues, and follow up appropriately.
- Research solutions to client questions and provide timely follow-up for unresolved issues.
