• Operate full-time photography studio• Manage all marketing activities• Shoot, design and edit all photo sessions• Maintain client relationships and all financial records

• Establish and maintain working relationships with community partners, school personnel and program funders• Serve as director supervisor for school-based staff• Develop fundraising opportunities and prepare and submit grant proposals

• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences• Serve as mentor to At-Risk students• Identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet students' varying needs • Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures• Prepare required reports and document student progress• Coordinate speakers, field trips, fundraisers and service projects• Communicate necessary information regularly to students, colleagues and parents regarding student progress and student needs

• Manage the operation, marketing and programming of extracurricular organizations and activities• Enhance the growth and development of student life• Sponsor Student Government Association, Campus Activities Council• Director of Intramurals• Serve on campus Marketing, Academic Affairs, AQIP, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Diversity, Advising Scholars Committees

• Coordinator all youth leadership camps, conferences and workshops for the Center for Civic Leadership• Serve as camp coordinator for the Kansas Youth Leadership Camp• Facilitate other CCL events• Assist in obtaining funding for CCL
