My role consisted planning, recording and updating work interfaces with several contractors within the build cycle. Using P6 software I scheduled works for sub structure, M & E, Brickwork, scaffolding and internal fit out contractors. I also conducted progress reports as the project progress for high level stakeholders, explaining any delays in planned completion dates and putting in place alternative measures to address any slippage between the baseline programme and in build schedule.
