Starting as a marketing and advertising intern but as the company grew and collaborated my role developed into a full time role.My responsibilities included:•Maintenance of all online databases and websites (eBay, Etsy, Not on the Highstreet and our own website operated through CRM system “WordPress”). •Managing our Social Media accounts to generate sales organically.•Building our customer relationship and providing support to our customers with queries related to our product.•Creating and Proofing written and visual content for Marketing and Advertising campaigns on all Social Media platforms and websites.•Researching, Creating and Managing advertising projects. •Researching and testing ad campaigns to optimize sales to gain a better understanding of our customer demographic. •Assisting in the creation of SEO on all selling platforms. •Liaise with other marketing teams and businesses to ensure our product was advertised correctly within their stores.
