Finally Finance Analysis using “Financial Indicators”.• Auditing. Obtain Positive Auditor Opinion on the Financial Auditory and Pricing Transfer Auditory. I had close and strong communication with the Auditors to reach the compliance with the Authorities.• The Treasury department were under my responsibility. I performed a “Supplier Payments Planning”. Hight important was to have a Cash Forecast and Financial Planning at least 13 weeks to the future to know how much and when pay the obligations.• I represented the company between the Fiscal/Tax and Labor Authorities. The management gaveme especial legal and notary representation. I managed the recruiting, personnel files to represent thecompany on labor issues. As well, working with Logistcs we could obtain taxes refund.• I participated on the inventory taken by the Auditors every closing year making Teamworking with my colleagues sometimes face to face and sometimes online.• IC reconciliations with the “Master of Pedimentos”, to determinate the cost of each the spare parts imported from Germany. Finally, on the H4 AR File I verified if their invoices were on our Financial Accountant Records and invoiced to the final customer.

• Purchase Order elaboration according our new Internal Controls. Set each purchase into the adecuate "Center Cost". Follow the approbation from Accounting and Treasury department, verify the fiscal requirments compliance controls.• Finally, Teamwork, Data Analysis and support the Accounting department on the Financial Accounting Monthly Closing process.

• Financial Accounting by Incomes, Expenses and Liabilities debugging Accounting Records. Banking Reconciliations. Financial Analysis. The process has ended by the Financial Reporting.• Accounting Balances detailed analysis. Finally P&L (Financial Statements) emission showed to the customers having excellent communication and inform about the results.
