I am a bar and customer service professional who has been in the industry for over 18 years. I enjoy meeting new people and creating new relationships as well as fostering growth among those I work with, and in myself. I am passionate and creative behind the bar, and I also know how to run a successful bar program. I have consulted on and/or developed multiple bar programs for several successful restaurants and hotels. I enjoy elevating the craft of bartending with new and Innovative thinking, but also enjoy the simplicity and the refinement of the classics. As far as my management style, I do like to lead by example. I believe that anything you ask a subordinate to do you should be ready and capable to do yourself. I do expect a lot of myself, and so I also expect a lot of those who work under me. Having over 18 years of experience, I believe that I excel at customer service and team building. I feel that the most important thing in hospitality and customer service is to make sure that the client is satisfied and would use the same service again. As I stated above, I enjoy making connections and networking and creating memorable experiences for my guests and clients. My goal as a Hospitality professional is to create an environment in which employees can be happy and successful while maintaining Superior customer service. While at the same time the guests and clients receive a unique and memorable experience that entices them to return because of the product, customer service and relationships that they make with the staff.
