How We Make You Better:At iDeveloped, we begin every meeting and every workout with one simple premise: there is always room for improvement. We work with our athletes to identify growth areas and low hanging fruit that have prohibited them from becoming the players they are ultimately capable of becoming. For individuals, the first step in this process is normally our 5 Star iDeveloped Skills Assessment Index© (iSAI). Many clients come to us with knowledge of where they need work, but in order for us to truly pinpoint our focus areas and tailor a plan specifically for you, it is important to go through iSAI. The assessment, normally done in a controlled setting, allows us to get a clear understanding of where you are. In the game of basketball, many skills are directly related to and correlate to each other. For example, client may have the goal of improving a low post offensive repertoire with new moves. Through iSAI, we may find out we need to key in on your footwork and improve the current skillset before expanding anything.
