CurrentAdminsters NLRB's human capital planning program serving as a full and active partner in the management decision-making process by ensuring that the Agency's human capital and workforce management program supports NLRB’s strategic goals. Actively participates with management in identifying needs and problems; mobilizing and coordinating the specialized resources available to ensure sound workforce planning and implementation; and supporting the Agency's programs through application of advancements and innovations in day-to-day human capital planning and operations.
