I manage and develop a team of assessors within the business with varying levels of experience from trainees to accredited assessors. My role also involves identify areas for process improvement within the team, using the Lean principles, with a view to meeting team and company targets. Managing and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Technical Team through process development, skills review and effective communication with other departments in the business. Producing reports for the senior management team and being involved in the growth planning meetings to help shape the future of the business. I am also an experienced assessor who consistently strives to delivery high quality work to our clients.
