-Drafting and implementation of Individualized Service Plans for clients to be utilized in the home andin the community by behavior modification specialists.-Creating authorization summaries to recommend further EPSDT services or recommend the initialstages of the stepdown process prior to successful discharge into a lower level of care-Frequently go into the field and provide additional supervision and support to all behavior modificationspecialists.-Conduct weekly group and individual supervisions for all behavior modification specialists-Conduct clinical assessments, ABC assessments, preference assessments, and functional behaviorassessments for clients, current and prospective, as necessary.-Analyze behavioral data collected from RBTs and self and conduct research in order to determine thebest possible, least intrusive treatments based on the data collected and the function hypothesizedfrom the dataAccomplishments-Fully licensed behavior analyst-Conducted competency assessments of RBTs who then went on to take the required RBT exam.-successfully discharged over 10 clients over the course of the past year.-Supervised the direct service of over 20 clients across 8 different behavior technicians via officesupervision, group supervision, and field supervision.

This position is responsible for the on-going assessment of students’ grade level and academic needs,designing and implementing appropriate lesson plans, teaching students with special education oralternative education needs, managing classroom dynamics and behavior, and providing immediatesupervision of assigned Assistant Teacher(s) and Counselor(s). All work is implemented using asystems approach within the psycho-educational model, and using proven and creative teachingtechniques.
