- Engaged, collaborated, and promoted ultimate health, safety, and wellbeing of colleagues through incidents, accidents, and variable road conditions, and in the wider business, supply chain and stakeholder level.- Led a team of on-road Traffic Officers and off-road regional control center operators through high-demand traffic operations within the South West Strategic Road Network- Guided the Control Room team through the response to on-network events and incidents. - Briefed teams in specific health and safety requirements for work orders. - Supported management in the delivery of small-scale change management projects.- Engaged with Emergency Services colleagues to resolve incidents on the network. - Provided front-line team management, setting clear objectives to support performance KPIs- Incident Commander in the Control Room, overseeing the safe working conditions and resolution of incidents within a timely manner, as well as the execution of the Highways England Working Instructions, near-misses and corrective action requirement.
