■ Oversees team members to ensure high-end performance as it relates to the overall structure of the company.■ Maintain subject matter expertise on all things related to the Finance Department in efforts to lead and support team in accomplishing daily, weekly, and monthly goals.■ Coordination and delegation of team tasks to ensure efficient productivity for department.■ Upkeep of Standard of Practice documents for use in current and future training of Finance Team’s tasks.■ Aid in performance improvement of team to ensure upward/lateral mobility to ensure quality of future company assets.■ Consistent review of SOX compliance procedures as it relates to routine tasks.■ Adapt and incorporate new expectations to routine tasks for future delegation to team members brought about by new technology and new regulations in a changing work environment.
