MEN INVOLVED is a nonprofit diversion & mentoring program. AARON PULLINS III outreach through varied organizations form a synthesis that enrich and expand his ability to provide a rich array of services.Under contract with the Hamilton County Juvenile Court and Probation, providing personal mentoring services to court appointed youth.Under contract with Dohn Community High School providing mentoring and motivational services accompanied by sports training to students. My job was to assist returning citizens, those that have been adjudicated through the system offering prevention to youth from violence and drugs . We provide resources and remove barriers that encourage our target population's hope to become productive citizens . I also go throughout all areas of the communities, churches, schools, college campus, recreation centers, community businesses, youth and adult Correctional Centers. I do court advocacy and coordinate community events. I respond to shootings and homicides within the city of Cincinnati supporting families due to gun violence, raising awareness and educating regarding choices and consequences while promoting a positive lifestyle. See APZ) Our mission at the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission was to build understanding among the citizens of Greater Cincinnati; and to eliminate prejudice, intolerance, and discrimination through collaboration with other community entities, connecting cultures and communities, and convening citizens around important issues.I joined the founding members of the Street Workers Program later expanded with (CIRV) Cincinnati Initiative to Reduce Violence; uniting community members, service providers, and law enforcement in a coordinated partnership to keep young men from resorting to gun-violence.The Violence Must Stop!". Aaron communicated this message through: call-in sessions with probationers and parolees; direct contact as a street outreach worker, working with police, probation, and parole officers; community outreach through marches, and activities; and speaking to media outlets.Consequences are delivered to the street groups that continue to engage in violence. We provided those offenders seeking a more productive lifestyle streamlined social services, training, education, and employment opportunities.

While maintaining a professional career in community service Aaron also maintained a robust avocation in entertainment.Aaron (“A.P.”) started acting in school and church becoming an established local actor & comedian. As a comedian he entertained in a variety of venues working both mainstream and gospel comedy. He has acted in several national TV commercials. He also played parts in TV series including: America’s Most Want & Cheers. His movie acting career includes, Rage in Harlem (starring Gregory Hines & Danny Glover, Forest Whitaker & RobinGivens and Lost in Yonkers, (starring RichardDreyfus). Aaron wrote, starred in and directed, his first stage play, Who U Gonna Serve, before his church in 1987, which played again to thousand in Cincinnati's Music Hall in 1997 before touring other cities. He founded Studio 7 Entertainment, assisting new talent with artist development and personal management. Among other clients, he served as Road-Manager & Promotions for RAMZ of TVT Records. He served as PR & Personal Management for III Frum tha Soul, (of RCA). He formed several groups including Animosity with Erica P then also served as Personal Management to Erica P when she toured Europe as a member of Blaque (platinum recording group, signed to Columbia/ Elektra) Erica P continued under the management of APZ Group.
