Assist the Controller with FP&A activities, and work with leadership to interpret results. Identify opportunities for process implementation and improvement. Prepare internal and external operational reporting and identify key metrics. Identify and analyze budget variances to maintain accountability to plan. Provide documentation and analysis during due diligence for M&A activities. Responsible for the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.

Maintain duties and responsibilities held under the Inventory and General Ledger Accountant title along with an added emphasis on reporting, analysis, ad hoc projects and process improvement.

Liaise with Purchasing, Production and Logistics Departments to record the proper accounting of all inventory transactions including adjustments, receipts, transfers, and assemblies. Maintain inventory valuations, and ensure the validity of all inventory related financial reporting.Create weekly cash flow forecasts looking at the subsequent four weeks of open and pending payables transactions, receivables transactions and purchase orders.Assist the Controller with month and year end activities including account reconciliations, expense re-allocation, accruals, intercompany sales transactions and miscellaneous work papers.

I managed the accounts payable functions of VIVA Beverages LLC, and its subsidiaries. This included payables forecasting as well as transaction entry and vendor relationship management.
