I hold a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Warwick, a PGCE from the University of Nottingham, and a BA Joint Hons. in French and English from the University of Leicester. I am currently the Associate Assistant Headteacher, the Professional Learning Lead, and the Head of Modern Foreign Languages at South Wirral High School, where I have been working since 2019. My core competencies include education strategy, staff development, and curriculum design and delivery.In my current roles, I support the planning and implementation of CPD, induction, and onboarding of new staff, as well as the mentoring and coaching of early career teachers across several departments. I also lead the MFL department, consisting of French and Spanish, and assist with the leadership of Humanities and P.S.H.E. I am passionate about building parental engagement, delivering high-quality training, and ensuring the programme meets external quality benchmarks. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have lived and worked in France. I value collaboration, innovation, and excellence in education, and I aim to empower and enable my colleagues and students to achieve their full potential.
