Responsible for managing over 70,000 publicly maintained trees within the City of Irvine. Duties include leading a team of certified arborists, contract administration, budget management, urban reforestation, public relations, tree risk/health assessment, and implementation of the city's integrated pest management program.

Plan and oversee the execution of garden enhancement projects that include planting and irrigation renovations at multiple scales.Develop budgets, control job costs, and work with billing department to review monthly billing statements.Ensure the overall health of gardens by identifying problems and implementing appropriate cultural practices to alleviate them and prevent future issues. Supervise 15 employees performing daily field operations maintaining over 40 high-end residential gardens.Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service through direct communication with clientele to address all concerns and formulate viable solutions to meet their specific needs.
