Starting off my career in luxury retail I got the best start in understanding guest needs, how to communicate effectively and therefore make the sale! From there I moved onto hospitality, a new industry, it was scary but I went at it with all I had. Working my way from server to Regional Learning and Development trainer, doing everything in between across a 7 year period. I had the fortune to work for some of the leading brands with the industry such as Nando’s UK & IRE, Bills Restaurants and New World Trading, honing my skills and gaining so much along the way. Currently leading the sales initiative at Riva Blu Liverpool, enhancing guest experience, collaborating with local organisations and delivering second to none private dining experiences that align with the standard of authentic Italian dishes we serve.
