Manage Command Center operations in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Florida for LaSalle Bank Corporate Security. Supervise direct reports and maintain scheduling for 24-hour Command Center. Oversee programming, maintenance and monitoring of up to 1,400 Branch, ATM, and Building alarm systems. Supervise operator monitoring of and response to card access, fire, robbery, burglary, medical emergency, evacuation, business disruption and workplace violence incidents. Ensure response, notification and follow-up meet departmental standards. Implement and maintain training programs for new and existing staff, and train console operators to LaSalle Bank expectations. Maintain surveillance of bank properties.
