CEO for Health First Community Hospitals is accountable for leading the strategic development, employee culture, physician development, exceptional quality/no harm, and exceptional patient experience of Health First's three Community Hospitals, Cape Canaveral Hospital, Viera Hospital, and Palm Bay Hospital. The CEO also serves as the accountable executive for the strategic development of the Heart & Vascular service line for all Heart & Vascular access points across Health First's Integrated Delivery Network.

System Vice President for Health First's Outpatient & Wellness Division in Melbourne, Florida. Lead strategic development and operations for ambulatory and wellness operations including home care, hospice, Rehab, imaging, sleep, wound care/hyperbarics, retail pharmacy, DME, and fitness centers. Also serve as Oncology Service Line Executive for Health First.

Vice President, Hospital Operations for St. Joseph Health Center, a 410 bed acute care hospital for SSM Health Care in St. Charles, MO. Lead efforts to achieve exceptional performance in efficiency, clinical outcomes, safety, master facility planning, strategic execution, financial performance, and overall patient experience.

Led operations for 5 adult cancer centers including oversight of physician practice for 16 oncologists (medical and radiation), 130 employees, joint ventures, and strategy and business development efforts for the oncology service line.

Led the development of the oncology service line for SSM St. Louis, including programmatic standardization across five adult cancer centers and development of 16 oncologist group. Also led strategy and business development efforts for St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles, MO.
